I have attended three of Ed’s fat loss courses over the last four months and I have been extremely pleased with the results. The combination of the nutrition advice and exercise programme has reduced my high blood pressure and acid reflux and type 2 diabetic levels. The nutrition advice that Ed provides is very important and has been a major factor for me in improving my health. I loved the group approach and support from the other members. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone.
I started going to Ed for personal training sessions last year to help alleviate back pain caused by arthritis in my discs and to lose weight & increase my strength & fitness along the way. I had seen a number of trainers beforehand with no improvement to my back or change to my shape and I am pleased to say this is no longer the case! I would highly recommend training with Ed and I have lost over 2 stone in weight & 18 inches in total and no more back pain...so a big thank you to Ed!

Ive been training with Ed for 3 years now, when I started I was overweight, unfit and really struggling with my energy levels. I have now dropped over 3 stone and 22 inches of fat! I have completed the wolf run for the first time and am eyeing up a half marathon. The nutritional expertise has been life changing and brilliant. If you want results and someone to commit to you as much as you to them then I would highly recommend Ed and his programmes.
After attending fat fighters I lost 10lb and 11.5 inches. The food info is easy to follow and the workouts very beneficial. Great course good fun meeting people and would recommend it to anyone whatever age and ability

I have just completed the 21 day fat club, I did the course to support my wife, I was play raquet ball 3 times a week and felt I decent shape. After the course I have increased energy levels, feel as fit as I did when I was playing rugby and have lost 11 pounds and 11 inches of fat! The course is great and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight in the right way fast and keep it off!
I would highly recommend Ed's rapid weight loss programme​. I am extremely pleased with my results. I lost 15 lb in 3 weeks and can not believe how different I feel. I am a keen runner and have been training with Ed during the past few months. In this time I have smashed my P.B's in 5k by 2mins 20 sec and my 10k by over 8mins. Without mentioning that I've lost over a stone!!! Thankyou for all your help and advice this year I wouldn't have achieved the PB's without you!
I started training with Ed just before Xmas, in the last 3 months I have lost 6kgs in weight and 14 inches of fat!
